Yeah, you can shoot me an email at maxwell at mxchat.ai! If you create me an account I’ll take a look. The API response is coming directly from OpenAI and not from MxChat. So it’s something related to your API and your account at OpenAI, not MxChat. I will double check and confirm information on your website though just to be sure.

Thanks for reaching out. This API error is stating that your account does not have access to the embedding model you have selected. This typically occurs if you have not added any credits to your OpenAI account. Have you added any credits into your billing?

Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I believe I’ve already identified the issue and have a fix. This is related to the core mxchat plugin and it helps me a lot if youre able to open this ticket on the directory!

Please do that if possible. It appears to be a speicific javascript issue related to Safari. Should have a fix released in a day or so.

It’s really going to come down to the similarity threshold. I would use the debugger on the frontend to use some test queries to understand what exactly its matching. What do you mean by the ChatGPT directly? Do you mean the general ChatGPT knowledge? It does contain that if you’re using the OpenAI models. You can remove the instructions from the behavior to answer using its general knowledge instead of only using information from the knowledge database.

I haven’t been able to replicate this behavior myself. Can you explain in detail exactly what you believe triggered this. Were these the steps you took:
1. Created “checkout” action.
2. Opened chatbot UI and triggered “checkout” action via key phrase.
3. It went to checkout page but then just continued to refresh the page.Are those the steps you took? Also, can you confirm your MxChat Core Version and MxChat WooCommerce version.

What is not working correctly with your add to cart? Are you able to provide more details? Also, if you have the chatbot on a public accessible URL, I’d love to take a look and try it myself to see what errors I find. Are you still experiencing the API error? If so, open a ticket on the wordpress directory and I can help you review. There haven’t been any changes that would impact your API chatting, so it would likely be related to your API key in some way.
