1.- How to add variable products to the cart from the chat card?
2.- The product card text is too long, it doesn’t match the request of 2 or 3 sentences, how can we make it shorter?
3.- I have a product with different brands, it is the same product but from a different manufacturer, how can we make it so that several product cards are displayed, so that the customer can choose the product brand they prefer?

Thanks for creating our first official forum post! I’m actively reviewing this. Currently the Product Card action doesn’t support variable products. I’ll have an update for you within a day or two with more info.

Great news! Can you implement an option where users can configure how many products should be displayed in the product card?
I haven’t been able to achieve this with the recommendation feature, since in my opinion, that feature should recommend products similar to the one requested by the customer.

Hello! I have another observation: WooCommerce tags like “Add to Cart” and “Order” only return responses in English. We need them in Spanish. For example: “View Orders” trigger response. Please log in to view your order history.

The product variation update will be released tomorrow! Apologies it took so long, but it was extensive and difficult work.

I’ll review and easy way for you to adjust some of the tags to Spanish easily.

Are you still experiencing the API error? If so, open a ticket on the wordpress directory and I can help you review. There haven’t been any changes that would impact your API chatting, so it would likely be related to your API key in some way.

You’ve done a great job!
1. This update works in some browsers, but not in others. The same thing happens with the API error. How can I fix it?
2. I haven’t been able to make the right recommendations to our customers. Here’s an example.
In my store, there are three similar products: Salted Cheese, Unsalted Cheese, and Vegan Cheese.
Customers use the keyword “Cheese” to search. The chat should display the three cheese options we have.
How can I do this?
