I have been using MxChat for sometimes now, and it works well for site navigation to search for content. There are times when it does not show up correctly for the search. Any tips on the writing the instruction or keywords so it gives out more accurate result? Also, I might be wrong, I wonder if it has the ability to incorporate the ChatGPT directly into the chatbot as well instead of having it limited to the Admin?

It’s really going to come down to the similarity threshold. I would use the debugger on the frontend to use some test queries to understand what exactly its matching. What do you mean by the ChatGPT directly? Do you mean the general ChatGPT knowledge? It does contain that if you’re using the OpenAI models. You can remove the instructions from the behavior to answer using its general knowledge instead of only using information from the knowledge database.
