I am an Android guy but just noticed when looking at my sons iPhone and iPad that the chatbot does not show on my website, nor the MX chat website. Do you have any idea why? It shows fine in Chrome on my phone and Windows desktop but in safari on both devices it does not.

Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I believe I’ve already identified the issue and have a fix. This is related to the core mxchat plugin and it helps me a lot if youre able to open this ticket on the directory!

Please do that if possible. It appears to be a speicific javascript issue related to Safari. Should have a fix released in a day or so.
