Do I need a paid Telegram account?
+No! Telegram is completely free. You just need a regular Telegram account to create a bot and supergroup. There are no additional costs from Telegram’s side.
Can multiple agents respond to conversations?
+Yes! All members of your Telegram supergroup can see and respond to conversations. Each topic shows who sent each message, so visitors know which agent is helping them.
What happens when agents are offline?
+You can configure a custom “away message” that visitors see when no agents are available. They can also switch back to the AI chatbot at any time by typing “Switch to AI”.
Can I use this alongside Slack integration?

Is the conversation history saved?
