Ideally, we can select the same font used on our website, and change the colours of the quick question cards (including text colours and hover state colours).
In addition, you can’t set a Bot Message Font Color for links. These are defaulting to #fff which isn’t great when I want a white background set for Bot Message Background Color.
Update: I reached out to the MxChat team directly – if you use the AI theme generator it provides you with CSS you can edit. This solved my issue!
