I have the Woo addon enabled and when a customer asks about a product or something the bot doesn’t understand, it answers in Spanish.

I have, in the prompt, to ONLY speak AU/UK English and NEVER speak in any other language.

It has replied in French once (it is only when it doesn’t understand the question or can’t give a response). This happens even when I know the answer is there eg. do you have songs for high school children > instead of showing the “Advanced Children” category (also mapped in the prompt), it shows that Spanish reply.

I’ve tried with 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 50, 70% and 80% thresholds and in every one it replies in Spanish when it doesn’t know the answer.

I just want it to say something like: “I don’t know the answer, would you like to send Ruth a message?”

Any ideas how to fix this?
